2. Products & Pricing
All product descriptions, images, and pricing on Lipzeee are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We accept payment via Razorpay (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pincodes.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control. Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS after dispatch.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with original tags intact. Items purchased during sale periods may not be eligible for return unless defective. Exchange for size is available subject to stock availability. Contact us at info@lipzeee.com to initiate a return.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on lipzeee.com including images, text, logos, and designs is the exclusive property of Lipzeee and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Lipzeee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
